We are a local family business originally named Waddell and Son and renamed and established as Waddell Excavating in 1972 and incorporated in 1986. Waddell Excavating was previously owned and operated by Billy Clay and Joyce Waddell. Now currently being operated by their son Barclay Waddell who has been involved in the business since the 1980's. Some of our many services we provide include excavation and grading trucking/material/hauling as well as asphalt and concrete work. Waddell has completed projects as large as $3.5 million. Through 3 generations, Waddell has participated in the tremendous growth of the DFW area since the 1970's. We believe our expertise and knowledge is an asset to the construction industry.  We are incredibly thankful for the people we have done business with over the past five decades.
